Automatic Bank Draft

With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from the bank account of your choice and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the Bank Draft Authorization Form located below and return it to our office, along with a voided check from your bank account.

Payment Drop-off Location

You may pay your bill in person at our office located at 680 Maddox Simpson Parkway in Lebanon. We only accept cash, checks and money orders at the office (no cards). Our drive-in is open during normal business hours.  A deposit drop box is also located in the drive-in area for use after hours.

Payment Through Your Financial Institution's Online Bill Pay System

Many financial institutions offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website).  Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for this service. These institutions produce a paper check and mail it to us on your behalf.  Because these payments may take up to seven business days to be received and posted to your account, we recommend that you use another payment option such as our online payment portal (link above) or monthly bank draft.  This will eliminate potential late fees or disconnection of service, as these transactions are posted to your account immediately in real time.
